
General Conduct
- All riders must adhere to FEI competition standards.
- Any form of misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, or horse mistreatment results in disqualification.
- Proper riding attire, including helmet, boots, and competition gear, is mandatory.

Horse Welfare
- Horses must be fit and healthy, with routine vet checks before each event.
- Any signs of injury, distress, or doping violations will result in immediate disqualification.

Event Participation & Substitutions
- Riders must confirm participation in events 72 hours before the start.
- Horse-rider combinations cannot be changed mid-season unless approved by the committee.

Appeals & Protests
- Appeals must be filed within 30 minutes after results are announced.
- A jury panel will review disputes and make final decisions.
